Who’s Korbin?

… wouldn’t you like to know?

It’s a lot of hot pink,

I know.

Hi, I’m the Korbin in Korbin Dallas Paint Club. Welcome to my website! You’re most likely here out of curiosity, a willingness to explore, or would just like to have some weird art in your home (or I handed you a card to view my portfolio). What ever your reason I hope you enjoy the collections you see, may they inspire your next step in exploring the wild world of Art.

About the Artist

There is only one artist in the Korbin Dallas Paint Club, so I have no idea why I named it that, other than sounding cool.

When I left the military I didn’t imagine six years later I would be referring to myself as a full time artist. Life gives you things in unexpected ways, or it did for me. I returned to my home in Montana and tried to re-imagine my career and the direction my life was going. Throughout my ten years of active service I had been self taught with graphite and charcoal. While drawing was a regular practice through high-school and my twenties it had always felt like a flirtation, rather than a commitment. While I attended college for Economics at Montana State University, I fell madly in love.

My emancipation from following social norms, and with it my need to create art, had a choke-hold on my heart and I didn’t want to let go. I attended every figure drawing and live model class I could manage (even missing a few of my college seminars- I’m passionate about my craft - sorry to my professors) and accepted commissions on everything from pet portraits to murals. Throughout the process I fine-tuned my skills as an artist, and developed my personal style. Two years ago I decided to market prints and stickers of the pieces I create. I found that social media is fun, but I wanted to showcase myself differently.

Here I am.

Gallery Owners, art collectors, and anyone I may have asked for a job, please select the Artworks tab in the header to view my online portfolio. Thank you for your consideration and I am looking forward to working with you.

If you are visiting my site to commission an original piece or a mural please click on the Contact Me tab above. Please fill out the subject line with the word commission or mural depending on which you would like to inquire about and outline a loose idea of size, subject matter, and location (if it applies). Thank you for viewing my site and appreciating my artwork!

If you are here to shop prints or stickers, that’s pretty straight-forward. I couldn’t do this without your support. I am eternally grateful something caught your eye.

I hope you enjoy the ride.
